The Ongoing Revolution
As part of its Ongoing Revolution project, Temple Contemporary, in collaboration with the Museum of the American Revolution, is collaborating with citizen activists who exemplify the perpetual role of community-led movements in the pursuit of America's ideals.
The video features educator and author Terry Alston Jones, HIV/AIDS activist Jon Winkleman, and community leader Carolina Chan Almeida— who recorded from Mexico in Spanish with M.R. Raquel.
The Ongoing Revolution aims to uncover the overlooked stories that have contributed to the United States’ ongoing pursuit of equality, tolerance, & independence, connecting present-day concerns to the country’s revolutionary legacy.
